Dear Teachers and Parents,

We urgently need to create spaces of calm where children feel loved and safe,
where they learn to Know and cultivate your inner world.

These tools are illustrations, texts Yexercises from the bookMindfulness for children,
that I share here with the intention that they can serve you and help youcreate moments of calm and connection.
Each of them also has some downloadable to be able to print the illustrations and explore and play with the children,
In the next few days I will also upload some audios with meditations, for you and for the children.

Each of them carries a message from Om, the doll of the illustrations :)
From the time we get up until we go to bed,
You can work with one every week and once integrated they can be incorporated as small breaks throughout the day.

6 | Be grateful
